X-tube^TM super bright T8 fluorescent LED tubes are an upgraded products of compact fluorescent lamps (or CFL tubes), but they adopt LEDs as solid luminescent devices. They are primarily designed to replace medium bipin T8 and T12 fluorescent tubes.
Our T8 LED fluorescent tubes can be easily installed into commonly used fluorescent fixtures. With optimized design, they can provide high quality white-LED lighting which is comparable with fluorescent lighting. And the lighting will not flick.

Our super bright fluorescent LED tubes have the characteristics of long lifespan, high luminous efficacy, no buzzing, instant start and easy installation. And a virtually unbreakable and vandal resistance lighting solution can be provided because our X-tube^TM replacement tube covers are made of extruded aluminum.
Additionally, they contain no mercury, thus helping protect human health and environment.

Comparing with traditional mercury lamps, our super bright T8 LED fluorescent tubes can help save electricity energy as much as 75%. Usage notes
1. Standard warranty period: 3 years
2. Only accredited electrical staff can disassemble and assemble X-tube^TM LED fluorescent lights. Protective measures should be taken while installation.
3. Electronic ballast and starter MUST be taken away from the existing CFL fixture before installing X-tube^TM
4. X-tube^TM is designed of indoor use. Never install tubes in humid environments.

Packing method

Each tube is packed separately in a plastic pipe. Anti-static sponge end caps are used to protect the metal pins.

Signcomplex Limited Warranty on X-tube^TM fluorescent LED tubes T8
Period: Signcomplex warrants this product ("Product") against defects in material or workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase.

Warranty Range: If this Product is defective for its material or workmanship, Signcomplex will repair or replace the Product, at its option. This warranty does not cover exterior appearance damage or damage due to natural disasters, accidents, misuses, abuses, negligence, or modification of, or to any part of the Product. In addition, the warranty will also not cover damages caused by improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper power supply, or improper repairing operated by buyers.

Emphasis: Repair or replacement mentioned under this warranty is the exclusive remedy provided to customers. Signcomplex is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages that breach the implied or expressed Product warranty.
However, our Product warranty will always in accordance with your local laws. For example, some states don't allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages and also don't support implied warranty because we cannot decide how long an implied warranty lasts, so aforementioned limitations and exclusions may not apply to people of those states. To solving the problem, this warranty gives customers specific legal rights which may vary from state to state.
